BALLET LEGS

In order to do a good ballet leg, you need to know how to scull. Make sure you check out the rest of the blogs to get some good pointers on how to scull well. It's also important to be flexible, so you may want to do some stretching. Don't forget to point your toes!

THE TUB

Here is an example of a tub. I think everyone can do this move and it is one of the required skills in your routine. Review the sculling if you're having a hard time executing the TUB!

It is really important to learn how to scull if you're going to be a skilled synchronized swimmer. There are lots of different types of sculls... Here are some examples of the different kinds of sculling and how to practice them.

Here is a good demonstration on how to do and how to practice the "Egg Beater" kick. Take a moment to watch the video and it should really help!
